Xiaomi Bluetooth computer speakers carry a price tag of 399 yuan (US $58), and available on Youpin e-commerce store in China. The company marketing speakers towards PCs, so it comes in a pair to deliver a 2.1 stereo sound but it can also be connected to mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, and other compatible devices. Additionally, the pair of computer speakers work wirelessly over Bluetooth and have a power output of 12W each, with an SNR of 53dB and impedance of 4 ohms.
On the internals, the speaker uses NdFeB dual magnetic circuit design, KAPTON polymer material voice coil and utilizes CSR Bluetooth chip allowing high-bitrate streaming of audio over Bluetooth. There is a microphone on the Xiaomi Bluetooth computer speakers that allow users to use it as a two-way communication (make and receive voice & video calls). The Xiaomi Bluetooth computer speakers support lossless audio playback and are compatible with audio file formats like MP3, AAC, aptX, aptX-LL, and other audio formats. The aptX format is said to be capable of bringing CD-level sound quality experience.
The speakers have a minimalist rectangular shape with rounded edges. Also, the speaker has a compact shape and size, making them ideal to use with desktop alongside a laptop. The speakers are made out of anodized aluminum which has been subjected to precision machining by extrusion, CNC, fine grinding, quartz blasting, anodizing, and making the surface texture smooth. There is a physical button on the front which can be used to adjust the volume on the speaker and LED indicator on top. Additionally, a cable is bundled in the box that requires you to connect both speakers to each other in order to play audio on them simultaneously.
