The Amazon Echo Sub amplifies the audio power of existing Alexa-powered speakers and lets you to play music across synced Echo devices at the same time, resulting in a stereo sound. The Echo Sub will connect your system to stream music, and it can be controlled with the Alexa app or with your voice.
In terms of design, the Echo Sub is big, has rounded edges and available in a black option, covered in the cloth-wrapped cylinder and enclosed in a six-inch downward-firing woofer with 100-watt class D amplifier. The Echo Sub is 203.2mm (eight inches) tall and weighs 4.08 Kg (9 pounds).
The Amazon Echo Sub is part of Amazon’s Multi-room Music ecosystem and touted as the taller, wider version of the Echo and Echo Plus.
